IT Assistant – US Medical Billing

Location: Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore (On-Site)

Shift: Monday to Friday | 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (PKT)

Salary: Up to PKR 70,000 (Based on Experience)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (completed; ongoing degrees will not be considered)

6 months to 1 year of hands-on IT Support experience

Prior experience in US Medical Billing environments will be preferred

Basic understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting

Familiarity with networking concepts and connectivity issues

Exposure to VPN setup or remote access tools (preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support for operational needs

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues

Support system setup, user account management, and access control

Maintain system performance and assist in resolving technical issues

Coordinate with senior IT team members for timely issue resolution

Ensure compliance with data security standards and internal policies
