IT Assistant/IT Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Assist IT Manager in performing his duties

b. Vulnerability & malicious reporting.

c. Hardware Installation, configuration & troubleshooting.

d. Backing up of all necessary softwares & drivers.

e. Resolving Firewall & ISA policy issues.

f. Cabling with CAT 6E UTP straight & cross over.

g. Maintaining & configuring group policy.

h. Resolving printing & scanning issues.

i. Assume responsibilities in the absence of Manager IT Operations

AUTHORITIES:

a. Perform Antivirus server configuration.

b. Perform Windows update services.

c. Resolve server & client end security issues.

d. Isolate & diagnose network problems.

e. Scanning of all server machines.

Qualifications

• Inter with experience in IT or Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
• 06 months-2 years of experience in related field
• Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.
• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills.

location: Pak land towers 2 , new blue area jinnah avenue islamabad (near G9/F9)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
