Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant – Sales Support & Coordination to support our sales team in daily operations, customer coordination, documentation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations

Coordinate with customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and order status

Maintain sales records, reports, and client databases

Coordinate between sales, service, and logistics teams

Handle email correspondence and phone communication professionally

Support management with administrative and coordination tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)

1–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination role

Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Organized, responsible, and result-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
