The Role

We are looking for an independent and self-driven IT Associate to manage our studio's IT infrastructure, cloud applications, and software subscriptions. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone eager to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & User Enablement:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Lead IT onboarding/offboarding for all Studio and venture team members
  
  

Device & Network Management:

• Handle laptop provisioning, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
• Manage basic office network infrastructure, including routers, access points, and local connectivity
  
  

SaaS, Licenses & Cloud Platforms:

• Monitor and administer all software subscriptions, licenses, and tools across the Studio and ventures
• Support integration and basic maintenance of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  
  

Security & Compliance:

• Enforce IT security standards, device policies, and access controls
• Support data protection and cybersecurity compliance across users and systems
  
  

Process Improvement & IT Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities for IT process automation and infrastructure optimization
• Improve response times, reduce support friction, and standardize tool management
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS management.
• Proficient in system administration, user access control, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent understanding of IT best practices and data security.
• Experience supporting hybrid/remote teams across multiple entities or business units
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, drive process improvements, and scale IT operations
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment is highly preferred.
