IT Associate

Reports to: IT Manager

Summary: IT professional who provides technical support and assistance to end-users within an organization. The specific job responsibilities will vary depending on the organization and the job role.

Minimum Qualifications: 3Yrs education in IT (Windows) or Cybersecurity, or 2yrs Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

· IT also supports building maintenance, inspection of physical facilities, coordination of third parties for physical facilities, breakdown boxes, build desks and other user support.

· Third party management for IT support, Canon copiers, door badges

· Assisting with the creation of client audit “deliverables”.

· Providing technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network-related issues

· Installing and configuring software applications and hardware devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices

· Troubleshooting problems with computer systems and networks, including identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, networking.

· Providing training and support to end-users on how to use various software applications and hardware devices

· Monitoring and maintaining the organization's computer systems and network infrastructure, including performing routine maintenance tasks and applying software updates and security patches

· Assisting with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

· Collaborating with other IT professionals to resolve more complex technical issues

· Maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including software licenses, hardware devices, and network equipment

· Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

· Maintenance and management of legacy database and MSSQL database

Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines

· Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, programming languages, and operation systems

· Basic knowledge of network protocols

· Mastery of all tasks assigned.

Education/Training/Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 3Yrs education in IT (Windows) or Cybersecurity, or 2yrs Experience

· Prior experience related field or with computer applications and operating systems

· Successful passing of background check and drug screening required before start date **No Credit Check**Do not test for Marijuana**

Salary Range: $25.00-$40.00 an hour

Targeted Range: $30.00 an hour
