IT Associate-Zoho Application

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing our technology use and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
● Assist in the configuration, customization, and management of Zoho applications to meet evolving business needs.
● Collaborate with the IT team to maintain, optimize, and improve the performance of internal IT systems.
● Develop and maintain scripts or automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
● Contribute to basic web development tasks utilizing HTML, Java, and other relevant programming languages (as applicable).
● Perform system updates, software installations, and routine IT maintenance tasks.
● Document technical procedures, processes, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing and reference.
● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance IT solutions and improve overall security posture. Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho.
● Proficiency in HTML, Java, and other programming languages.
● Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or software development.
● Solid understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals, including networking and software troubleshooting.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
● Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
● Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
● Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits:
