IT Audit & Controls Analyst Level I & II

Andrew Morgan LLC (AM) is a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone SB. We are seeking two qualified IT Audit & Controls Analysts at varying experience levels to join our team supporting our Department of Defense (DoD) Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Audit & Controls Analyst Level I

• Support IT audit and control documentation
• Assist with system assessments and control testing
• Support IT audit remediation activities
• Knowledge of:
  • IT systems or audit support
  • IT systems and controls

IT Audit & Controls Analyst Level II

• Perform IT control testing aligned to FISCAM, RMF, NIST 800-53
• Support system remediation, sustainment, and modernization
• Document and validate control deficiencies and corrective actions
• Support financial system integration and audit readiness
• Contribute to GE-IT and DSCA IT system audit activities
• Knowledge of:
  • IT audit, RMF, FISCAM
  • ERP/financial systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Control testing and remediation
  • FISCAM, RMF, NIST 800-53
  • OMB A-127 and federal financial systems
  • Cybersecurity and IT audit frameworks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Secret Clearance
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Certification required for Level II (CISA, CISSP, IAT II, etc.)
• Strong communication and documentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Oracle Federal Financials or SAP experience
• FIAR or federal audit experience
• Air Force systems familiarity

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
