IT Automation & Business Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

🔹Develop and maintain advanced automatic workflows using different technologies.

🔹Design and implement automation for file transfer workflows across secure file transfer servers.

🔹Build new business logic and integrate automation into existing enterprise systems.

🔹Troubleshoot existing automated processes failures, exceptions, and performance issues; perform deep root cause analysis.

🔹Trace and resolve automation-related incidents across Windows environments.

🔹Support and automate infrastructure tasks such as: - VM provisioning - Resource scaling - Patch automation - Configuration management

🔹Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to modernize and standardize automation practices.

🔹Ensure automation solutions follow security and compliance best practices. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in: - PowerShell and batch scripting (advanced level) - Windows Server administration

🔹Strong experience in business process automation.

🔹Experience in working with Managed file transfer tools.

🔹Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.

🔹Experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation.

🔹Ability to work independently and drive automation initiatives.

🔹Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

🔹Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environments.
