IT BA Analyst

Job Overview

The WMS Technical Services team in the Contract Logistics Center of Excellence (CoE) provides technical and BI expertise for warehouse management solutions to IT and business teams.The BI Data Analyst role involves maintaining BI applications, designing and developing reports, and supporting data-driven projects for central and regional teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage BI applications such as Cognos, Power BI, and Jasper.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Cognos, Power BI, and Jasper.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support central and regional IT/business teams on BI projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot BI-related issues.
• Create and optimize data models.
• Manage BI projects involving technical teams and regional editors.
• Handle BI application updates.
• Document best practices, guidelines, and processes.
• Train and support end-users.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in BI, data analysis, or WMS environments.
  
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience with Power BI, Cognos, Qlik, Tableau
• Experience connecting multiple data sources
• Manhattan WMS solutions (MAWM SaaS) and MAWM extensions management
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
