As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a talented and experienced Bid Writer to strengthen our business development team.

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Bid Writer who can identify, qualify, and deliver winning bids for IT and telecoms projects. This role requires someone who can manage the full bid process, from opportunity tracking to submission, while producing high-quality, persuasive proposals that reflect Creative Networks’ expertise and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, track, and qualify IT and telecoms tenders across public and private sectors.
• Lead the full bid lifecycle: opportunity assessment, writing, editing, and submission.
• Liaise with technical teams and senior management to gather input and translate into compelling content.
• Write clear, persuasive, and tailored bid responses that align with client needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date bid library and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Track ongoing opportunities and provide regular reporting on tendering activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in bid/tender writing, ideally in IT or telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, infrastructure, cloud, networking, and/or managed services.
• Familiarity with procurement frameworks, compliance processes, and tender portals.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
• Business development or sales experience with a proven record of securing contracts.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with UK-based tendering platforms (e.g., Contracts Finder, Crown Commercial Service).
• Understanding of cybersecurity, managed IT services, and telecom solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
