We are hiring an IT & Branch Systems Support Officer to support our head office, call center, and restaurant branches.
This is a hands-on operational IT role. The candidate must be able to support branch networks, Ubiquiti / UniFi infrastructure, POS systems, aggregator devices, printers, CCTV, IP phones, barcode systems, and restaurant IT peripherals.
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi infrastructure
- Experience with UniFi Dream Machine, access points, switches, cameras, UniFi OS / Controller
- Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, PoE, IP addressing, basic firewall concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows PCs, network printers, Epson receipt/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners, and restaurant peripherals
- Experience with POS systems, aggregator devices, and order-printing workflows
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, IP phones, VoIP, and call center support
- Able to troubleshoot issues remotely and visit branches when required
- Must be available 24/7 on call for operations-critical issues
- Willing to work long hours during urgent operational issues
- Persistent, practical, and able to follow up until issues are fully resolved
Main Responsibilities:
- Support IT systems across branches, head office, and call center
- Monitor and troubleshoot Ubiquiti / UniFi network devices
- Support POS, aggregator devices, printers, phones, CCTV, barcode systems, and restaurant peripherals
- Coordinate with POS providers, aggregators, ISPs, vendors, and internal IT support
- Visit branches when remote troubleshooting is not enough
- Maintain IT asset records, device lists, issue logs, and branch IT documentation
- Support new branch IT setup and testing before opening

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per hour
