IT Business Analyst

JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will act as a bridge between the IT department and business units, gathering requirements and translating them into effective IT solutions that align with organizational objectives. As the IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring that technology initiatives meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities::

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for IT projects.
• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather information and foster stakeholder engagement.
• Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress and assist in change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT systems and software development processes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous.
