Key Responsibilities1. Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Engage stakeholders across departments to identify and document business needs, processes, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and observation sessions to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
2. Process Mapping and Optimization
- Model current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes using BPMN or UML techniques.
- Identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and integration gaps across systems and departments.
- Recommend enhancements that align with CRA’s IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
3. Solution Assessment and Validation
- Liaise with technical teams, vendors, and solution architects to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements.
- Support solution design walkthroughs and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning.
- Validate delivered functionality and ensure alignment with documented requirements.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the bridge between business units, IT teams, developers, and project managers.
- Support requirement traceability and ensure scope control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the development, testing, and rollout phases.
5. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
- Produce detailed documentation including use cases, data flows, system specifications, user manuals, and training guides.
- Contribute to knowledge base content and ensure business documentation is version-controlled and centrally accessible.
- Support the transition of business knowledge to operational support teams post-implementation.
6. Support for Strategic IT Initiatives
- Assist in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI evaluations for new IT initiatives.
- Participate in enterprise solution evaluations and RFP/RFI processes where business alignment is critical.
- Track benefits realization and support periodic post-implementation reviews.

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) – IIBA
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- BCS Business Analysis Practitioner
Agile / Methodology Alignment
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Agile Business Analyst Certification (Agile BA or equivalent)
Complementary Certifications
- ITIL® Foundation Certification (to support alignment with IT services)
- Lean Six Sigma – Yellow/Green Belt (for process improvement focus)
