Cabin Services - Lead Planning Analyst

About the role

As a Lead Planning Analyst under Cabin Services, you will be responsible for collaborating with business users, analyse business processes and requirements. You will be required to gather data and business intelligence from a variety of sources, develop data models and design powerful visualizations on MS Power BI to provide actionable insights for business improvement.

You will also ensure that all requests regarding analysis and evaluation are put through an appropriate process flow that is well documented to drive departmental goals. You will be liable to authenticate extracted analytical data and all business propositions and suggestions prior to content being submitted to the Line Manager or stakeholder departments.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all budget balances or financial and statistical data pertaining to the Cabin Services division are verified for authenticity prior to approving content using appropriate tools.

As a senior member of the team, you will be providing supervisory support in defining business requirements, preparation of master plans or presentations and all other requirements pertaining to analysis and statistical reporting.

About you

A successful candidate will have-

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of job-related experience required or High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 5 years of job-related experience
• Degree in Business Analysis or Commerce will be an added benefit.

• Previous work experience in an analytical or statistical based company will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in data preparation and automation tools such as Alteryx or similar platforms.

• Deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques, including Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with practical experience in applying predictive and prescriptive models to business problems.

• Exceptional visualization skills with expertise in Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports.

• Ability to evaluate and authenticate required analysis and all other business propositions.

• Excellent command of English language & Business communication including technical writing skills.

• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
