IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who is passionate about information technology and has a strong background in programming and problem-solving. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work closely with our IT team and develop superior technical skills while leading projects in a fast-paced office environment. The It Analyst must be detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking effectively and working well within a team environment. The Business Analyst will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the selected data system and project developers for all enhancements or fixes identified. Project developers will work closely with the system maintenance staff to transfer system knowledge for enhancements and fixes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as functional expert for projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems in existing computer systems.
• Research and evaluate new enterprise-level software and hardware products.
• Document system functionality and design documents.
• Provide technical support to staff.
• Collaborate with a team on project work.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical leadership including previous experience in application development.
• Ability to communicate end user feedback to technical and design leads
• Ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements
• Ability to understand and simplify customer requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Project Management Institute, Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) certification or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,967.00 - $89,202.00 per year
