What does an IT Business Analyst - Content Strategist do?

Sealed Air Shared Services (Philippines) Inc. Sealed Air is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Content Strategist to join our IT team in Manila, Philippines. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – Sealed Air IT Department, this hybrid role plays a key part in shaping our global web experience by managing and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms.


Working closely with UX designers, developers, content authors, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that web content is purposeful, user-centric, and aligned with strategic goals. With expertise in enterprise CMS platforms and a strong grasp of SEO, UX, and accessibility standards, you will lead initiatives that enhance site performance, support localization efforts, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.


The ideal candidate is a collaborative content professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is excited to support large-scale digital initiatives across multilingual and multisite ecosystems.

  • Participate in content intake and discovery sessions to clarify business requirements and coordinate timely updates.
  • Manage and Coordinate content updates across global websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal and other platforms.
  • Manage translation workflows using integrated tools ensuring smooth collaboration with regional teams and external language partners.
  • Support large-scale digital initiatives, including site redesigns, re-platforming, and localization efforts. Ensure content is culturally relevant and resonant for target regional audiences, working closely with local market teams.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders in marketing, UX, IT, and product teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to improve user journeys and site performance.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FullStory) to measure content performance and inform optimization strategies and drive continuous improvement. Develop and present clear, actionable content performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support content authors across regions to ensure adherence to best practices and brand voice.
  • Support UAT (user acceptance testing) and feedback cycles related to platform enhancements, component changes, and new feature launches.

What are we looking for in you?

  • 4+ years of experience in digital content strategy, UX writing and web content management.
  • Proficiency in enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager(AEM), WordPress, Drupal and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX principles, and content lifecycle management. Understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for creating inclusive digital content.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, Confluence, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate proactively and effectively with diverse global stakeholders across various time zones, leveraging virtual collaboration tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale web initiatives across multilingual and multisite environments.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo). Familiarity with emerging content technologies, including AI-powered content creation tools and platforms, and their ethical application.
