IT Business Analyst (eQMS)

NTT DATA's Client is seeking an IT Business Analyst (eQMS) to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support quality management and operational objectives. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, while supporting system implementation, testing, and user adoption.

NTT DATA's Client is seeking an IT Business Analyst (eQMS) to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support quality management and operational objectives. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, while supporting system implementation, testing, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT teams
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with global standards and business strategy
  • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize initiatives and manage product backlogs
  • Support Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and validation
  • Act as a liaison throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
  • Contribute to change management activities including training, documentation, and user adoption
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality functions (e.g., QA, QMS, compliance)
  • 5+ years of experience working with eQMS or similar enterprise quality systems
  • 5+ years of strong understanding of IT systems, business analysis practices, and system implementation lifecycles
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Life Sciences)
  • Knowledge of global quality and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, ISO)
  • Experience with eQMS platforms (e.g., TrackWise, Veeva, MasterControl, or similar)
  • Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise system implementations

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($50 - 57/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
