Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Development Officer (BDO) who has strong experience in Upwork bidding, client communication, and sales generation. The ideal candidate should be able to bring in quality IT projects and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms effectively
  • Identify and generate new sales leads for IT services
  • Write winning proposals and cover letters
  • Communicate with international clients and close deals
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
  • Maintain CRM, leads pipeline, and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding (profile optimization + proposals)
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, AI, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of closing deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
