IT Business Development & Sales Specialist (Onsite – Karachi Only)

We’re expanding aggressively and looking for a hungry, results-driven IT Sales Rockstar to own lead generation, close deals, and skyrocket our growth.

This is a 100% ONSITE role in Karachi.

(No remote. No relocation. Only Karachi residents will be considered.)

What You’ll Do (and Own)

• Hunt and close high-value clients for custom software, mobile apps, web development & Agentic AI projects
• Generate 50–100 qualified leads/month via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, G2, Capterra, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai
• Build & manage a predictable pipeline in CRM (Salesforce / Freshsales / Insightly)
• Craft winning proposals, deliver killer demos & presentations
• Run email outreach & nurture campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
• Create scroll-stopping content & visuals for LinkedIn, emails, and pitches (Canva + basic Illustrator skills needed)

You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You Have

• 2–4 years of proven IT services/software sales or business development experience
• BBA/MBA (Marketing preferred but not mandatory if you can sell!)
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Expert-level LinkedIn prospecting & cold outreach game
• Hands-on experience with CRM + email automation tools
• Solid proposal writing & presentation skills
• Bonus: SEO/PPC knowledge + basic graphic design (Canva/Illustrator)
