This is 100% ONSITE in Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 11 Area). (No remote | No relocation | Only serious Karachi residents)

What You’ll Own (and Get Paid Handsomely For)

• Hunt and close $10K–$100K+ deals for custom software, web, mobile & Agentic AI projects
• Consistently generate 80–120 qualified leads/month using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, G2, Apollo, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo
• Build and run a bulletproof pipeline in CRM (we use Freshsales + Salesforce)
• Write proposals that win every time & deliver demos that make clients say “shut up and take my money”
• Run high-converting cold email + LinkedIn sequences (ActiveCampaign + Instantly/Lemlist)
• Create thumb-stopping visuals, carousels, and videos for outreach (Canva + basic Adobe skills = big advantage)

You’re the Perfect Fit If You…

• Have 2–5 years closing IT services/software/AI projects (agency or product experience both welcome)
• Proven track record of hitting PKR 5–15+ Crore annual quotas (share your numbers — we love big closers)
• Master of LinkedIn prospecting & InMail conversion (you know how to bypass “I’m not interested”)
• Comfortable with modern tools: CRM, email automation, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo/Seamless
• Can write clean proposals and present like a pro (English fluency is a must)
• Bonus points: You already understand Agentic AI, LLMs, automation workflows, or have sold AI solutions before
