The Business Intelligence Analyst actively collaborates with business units, clinical staff, and technical teams to develop, customize, and optimize the utilization of the Netsmart MyEVOLV platform and related business systems in alignment with the organization’s operational and clinical objectives. The analyst will translate user requirements into actionable specifications and automated solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with cybersecurity risk management policies, the NIST framework, and HIPAA regulations. This position is evolving to integrate artificial intelligence and automation tools into daily operations, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to improve efficiency, automate data workflows, and create more meaningful, cross-system insights. The successful candidate will possess familiarity and the ability to adapt and learn to fit this evolving role.
