QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate IT processes, preferably with leadership experience in project management, business applications, and IT governance.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and proficient in project tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.

Experience in retail and HR processes is highly preferred.

Skilled in business analysis, process management, resource planning, and budget management.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects aligned with company vision and to coordinate effectively with business units and stakeholders.

Experienced in managing external vendors and consultants, including contract and proposal processes.

Proficient in IT budget processes; experienced in Capex/Opex planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in team management, performance evaluation, mentoring, and talent development.

Fluency in English is preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and manage projects aligned with the company’s strategic vision, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Oversee IT processes in line with the strategies set by the IT Director.
-
Manage the corporate business applications project portfolio and prepare analysis/operational reports for senior management.

Establish organizational structures and resource planning according to departmental needs.
-
Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
-
Ensure projects are executed in line with defined timelines and budgets, from analysis to go-live.

Coordinate stakeholder meetings to define requirements, delegate tasks to the team, and oversee documentation and workflow diagrams.
-
Manage project and demand requests from responsible departments through proper resource allocation.
-
Oversee the KotonDesk platform demand management process, monitor SLA compliance, and ensure timely responses.
-
Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support requests across all departments.

Coordinate with external vendors and consultants during project and support processes, ensuring efficiency and performance tracking.

Track all projects and requests through the designated project management platform.
-
Support IT Director in managing budgets, contracts, and coordination processes when required.

Oversee IT & Process Development Directorate budget planning (Capex, Opex, travel, operational expenses, etc.), monthly tracking, and reporting.

Coordinate and direct activities and projects with external business partners.
-
Manage contract and proposal processes with vendor companies, including evaluation, follow-up, and approvals.

Track and oversee all contracts related to IT & Process Development Directorate, including signature processes and vendor communication.

Ensure cross-departmental coordination for joint IT projects (e.g., audits, data consolidation for senior management).

Prepare and present project-related analysis and performance reports to the IT Director.

Effectively manage, coordinate, and monitor team performance, while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
