IT / CCTV Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT technician with proven experience in the FMCG or retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT systems, CCTV installation/support. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, networking, and POS/ERP systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, POS systems, and network equipment.
• Perform regular system checks and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the senior IT team when required.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest IT tools, trends, and security practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in an FMCG or retail firm (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hands-on experience with POS/ERP systems (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CCTV Installation and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to support non-technical staff effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of IT security principles
• Flexible to work if required in Rotating shifts.

Timing: Morning And Evening Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
