Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT technician with proven experience in the FMCG or retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT systems, CCTV installation/support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, networking, and POS/ERP systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, POS systems, and network equipment.
- Perform regular system checks and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the senior IT team when required.
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest IT tools, trends, and security practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in an FMCG or retail firm (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Hands-on experience with POS/ERP systems (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CCTV Installation and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to support non-technical staff effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of IT security principles
- Flexible to work if required in Rotating shifts.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
