IT Client Support Administrator

The Information Technology Client Support Administrator shall be responsible for providing information technology/assurance, help desk services and asset management for over 650 computer users, computer hardware and software, e-mail accounts, tablet, smartphone/mobile devices, internet, local area network, and overall information technology system administration within both the NIPR (Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router, unclassified) and SIPR (Secure Internet Protocol Router, classified) domains. The scope of this contract encompasses oversight of information technology asset management (ITAM) accounts throughout various buildings located on Nellis Air Base. In support of this task, the Information Technology Equipment & System Administration Support Specialists will provide Information Technology Support, Equipment Management Support, User Support, and Operational Support.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Information Technology (IT) or a related field
• Secret Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification with minimum IAT Level II certification IAW DoW 8140.03
• Associates’ Degree in Computer Science is highly desirable
• Must be a US Citizen and be fluent in the English language
