Salary: 12000 -15000 (As per experience and Interview performance)

Job Description:

1. The Service Management Lead, Manages and provides support for command center.
2. Handle alerts following the standard operating procedures
3. should work in rotational shifts 24/7
4. Fulfil service requests raised by the IT users
5. Respond to phone calls and emails related to service desk work on necessary reports
6. Support the shift lead and team lead in day-to-day operations
7. Proficient in Arabic( Arabic Speaker mandatory)
