IT Compliance Manager

Role Purpose

The IT Compliance Manager is responsible for governance, compliance, and control of FM digital platforms , ensuring that CMMS, document control systems, and operational data are used correctly, consistently, and in full compliance with approved procedures and governance requirements.

This role ensures data integrity, traceability, and accountability across all FM digital systems.


Key Responsibilities

CMMS Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure correct and consistent use of CMMS (Maximo) across all FM teams and contractors.
  • Enforce compliance with approved workflows, asset hierarchies, work order structures, and coding standards.
  • Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and system discipline.

Document Control & Digital Records

  • Govern document control processes within CMMS and related platforms.
  • Ensure proper document classification, version control, approvals, and traceability.
  • Prevent uncontrolled documents, duplicates, and outdated records.

Data Integrity & Quality Assurance

  • Perform regular data quality checks on assets, work orders, reports, and documents.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and misuse of digital systems.
  • Coordinate corrective actions with responsible teams.

Compliance Monitoring & Audits

  • Conduct periodic digital compliance reviews and system audits.
  • Track non-compliance cases related to system usage and documentation.
  • Verify closure and sustainability of corrective actions.

Coordination & Training

  • Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and IT support.
  • Support training and awareness on CMMS and document control compliance.
  • Act as advisory authority on digital governance matters.

Reporting & Management Support

  • Prepare compliance dashboards and system governance reports.
  • Highlight risks related to data integrity and digital misuse.
  • Support management decision-making with reliable, verified data.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering .
  • 15–20 years of experience in CMMS administration, digital governance, or FM systems compliance.
  • Strong experience with CMMS platforms (preferably Maximo).
  • Solid understanding of FM workflows, asset management, and documentation processes.
  • Experience in large-scale, mission-critical operational environments .
