Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT & Compliance Specialist to support IT operations, security administration, and compliance readiness at AHK Global Solutions. This role focuses on managing IT systems, maintaining compliance documentation, and assisting in SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audit preparation. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work across both IT infrastructure and compliance domains.

Key Responsibilities

IT Systems & Security Administration

• Administer Microsoft Entra (Azure AD): user management, MFA, conditional access.
• Manage Intune (MDM): device enrollment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) operations.
• Monitor and respond to IT service requests, incidents, and access requests.
• Assist with security tools (Defender for Endpoint, firewalls, antivirus).

Compliance & Audit Support

• Maintain Confluence-based IT & Compliance documentation (policies, SOPs, evidence).
• Collect, organize, and update evidence packs for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 readiness.
• Support access reviews, device compliance checks, and vulnerability scan tracking.
• Assist in generating compliance dashboards and audit-ready reports.

Process & Governance

• Follow established naming conventions for policies, SOPs, and evidence.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation and compliance records.
• Collaborate with teams in Pakistan, UAE, and US for IT/security/compliance needs.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or compliance support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Intune, and M365.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Nice-to-Have:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, MS-500, AZ-104).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other ITSM tools.
• Exposure to pfSense, AWS/Azure, or other cloud environments.
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or other compliance standards.
