IT Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, helping businesses identify their IT needs and offering tailored solutions. The role is 80% consultation-focused and 20% sales-focused, requiring strong communication, requirement analysis, and solution presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads generated by the Digital Marketing team.
• Understand client business needs, technical requirements, and challenges.
• Suggest relevant web, mobile, or digital solutions based on requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Prepare and present proposals, conduct demos, and explain scope clearly to clients.
• Handle basic pricing discussions and assist in closing deals.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up regularly.
• Stay updated with company services and latest IT industry trends.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly understand IT products and services (training will be provided).
• Good at requirement gathering and mapping solutions.
• Eagerness to learn technical concepts.
• Basic negotiation and sales skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).

Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: BCA / BSc Computer Science / BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Candidates with IT-related internships or training programs will be preferred.
