Role Overview

As an IT Consultant – Digital Transformation , you will support the delivery of high-impact digital transformation initiatives for globally leading organizations. Working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders, you will help design modern IT architectures, enable agile delivery, and contribute to future-oriented digital solutions aligned with business strategy and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the digital transformation of global organizations by balancing enterprise-level technical solutions with individual client requirements.
• Contribute to groundbreaking digital and IT initiatives by enabling the use of agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Assist in shaping future -ready customer journeys through detailed analysis of client environments, business needs, and market trends such as machine learning and AI.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize modern IT architectures , including enterprise solutions, custom software development, and sustainable digital platforms.
• Support initiatives focused on cyber resilience , reliability, and secure-by-design digital solutions.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams to deliver consulting outcomes.
• Communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business informatics or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in IT Consulting.
• Solid understanding of modern technology concepts including Agile, DevOps, AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Resilience, and Robotics .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex digital challenges.
• High motivation to learn, innovate, and contribute to knowledge sharing within teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and structured manner.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global environments .
• Consulting mindset with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
