Responsibilities:

• After winning the tender/bid for sales projects, designing and following the supplier contract process from start to finish for purchases to be made with customers/employers and suppliers/subcontractors within the scope of the project,
• Ensuring the follow-up of the Company's rights and obligations within the framework of contracts and carrying out the necessary official correspondence process with the law, customers, vendors, other third parties and management
• Manage the process from the first draft, negotiation, and final contract by bringing together all internal stakeholders to prepare and negotiate the contract in coordination with technical and operational teams, including all contract annexes
• To follow routine processes such as contract approval, signature, comment, contract information form,
• Ensure that working documents, documents, proposals and contracts are recorded and archived in digital and physical media in accordance with procedures.
• Monitoring the contract validity period and revising, renewing and terminating the content when necessary,
• As required by the Commercial Office Department, to provide information and documents with the relevant departments, institutions and organizations in a timely and complete manner, to make correspondence, letters, etc.

Requirements and skills:

• Graduated from relevant faculties of universities,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience,
• Preferably worked in the field of contract management in the Information Technologies sector,
• Very good command of English ,
• Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Strong communication skills and good diction,
• High planning, follow-up and organizational skills,
• Highly self-motivated, result-oriented,
• Has the ability to analyze different business processes and report effectively,
• Ability to establish/use different communication channels with different project stakeholders,
• He is capable of reasoning,
• Suitable for teamwork
• No military service obligation for male candidates
