IT Coordinator

Responsibilities

 Requirements gathering: Collaborate with Different Department to understand their

business processes and document their needs.

 Solution design: Design and configure SAP B1 solutions, including developing

functional specifications for any necessary customizations.

 Implementation: Lead and execute the full SAP B1 implementation lifecycle,

including master data configuration, opening balance preparation, and user

acceptance testing (UAT).

 Training: Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on how to use the SAP

B1 system effectively.

 Support and maintenance: Offer ongoing support to Employees, troubleshoot

system issues, and provide post-go-live support.

 Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, such as functional

specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.

 Collaboration: Work with technical teams to resolve issues and develop necessary

modifications or customizations.

Qualifications and skills

 Proven experience as an SAP B1 Functional Consultant or in a similar role.

 Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, sales, inventory,

and procurement.

 Proficiency in SAP B1 configuration and customization, with knowledge of tools like

the SAP B1 SDK and SQL queries and DTW.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and train

users.

 Experience with project management and the full implementation lifecycle, including

UAT and data migration.

 Familiarity with industry best practices.

 Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports is often required.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
