Job Summary
The IT Customer Service Intern is responsible for assisting the IT department personnel with administrative tasks as they learn the basic concepts of our business. The intern will work under immediate supervision and will rely on specific instructions to perform the functions of the job.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Develops a general knowledge of company processes, products, and procedures through on-the-job training activities.
Providing technical support to the team and end users.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Working with Azure Active Directory and Windows OS.
Shadowing technical analysts.
Assists with processing paperwork in the area of responsibility.
Prepares correspondence and reports as required.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
Working knowledge in the use of a computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Students working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
