Job Summary

• Join our team providing operational support in a dynamic data center environment located in Los Angeles, CA.
• This contract role involves managing server, network, and storage systems, requiring familiarity with various technology platforms.
• The position demands a proactive approach to system performance and incident management, ensuring infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational support for servers, network equipment, and storage systems in a hybrid data center.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including servers, switches, and routers.
• Monitor performance, uptime, and utilization, and respond to system alerts.
• Support activities related to data backups, patch management, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with network and cloud teams to maintain seamless infrastructure operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with server environments (Windows/Linux).
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP and DNS.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and cabling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
