We are currently seeking an IT Desktop Support that wants to grow with S+S and be a part of our team!
The IT Desktop Support is responsible for providing hands-on technical support for end users, maintaining desktop systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations. This role supports PCs, printers, network connectivity, and assists with system administration tasks under the direction of the IT Administrator.
This position is located in Houston, TX 77011 (East Downtown).

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year experience in IT desktop support
- Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking
- Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with:
- Windows / PC hardware
- Windows Servers
- Microsoft Azure
- Firewalls, routers, and switches
- Printers/scanners
- VMware virtualization
- Data backups
- Security
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for employees
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Support and maintain Windows-based workstations and Windows Servers (user-level administration)
- Install, configure, and maintain printers and scanners
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
- Document support tickets and resolutions
Minimum 2 year experience in an IT Support role
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: Depending on experience
