Job Title: Senior IT Developer
Location: Full-Time, On-Site – Kingdom of Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Developer to support high-impact national and government-level digital initiatives within the Kingdom of Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on technical expertise, strong architectural capabilities, and proven experience delivering solutions for Bahrain government entities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related Information Technology field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of proven, hands-on technical experience in software development and system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience delivering web and software solutions for Bahrain government entities (mandatory).
• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience working with ArcGIS platforms.

Technical Skills

Development Technologies:

• PHP
• React.js
• Node.js
• .NET Core
• API Development & System Integration

Database Management:

• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• Oracle
• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)

GIS Expertise:

• ArcGIS platform development and integration

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solution architecture for enterprise-scale systems.
• Manage platform environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and integrate GIS-based applications and services.
• Contribute to national data and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
