Job Purpose:
IT Digital Analyst will be responsible for one or more for below responsibility:

To provide Subject Matter expertise and lead the areas of Document, Record, Information, Content and Knowledge Management.

To engage with the business in extracting detailed business requirements for software solutions.
-
The Digital analyst will be required to interpret the requirements producing a detailed functional design document from which the technical analyst can convert into a technical design.
-
The Digital analyst must show strong character in guiding the business to quality functional, technical, and specialized solutions.
-
They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions.
Functional Duties:
IT Digital Analyst will be accountable and responsible based on his/her role will perform applicable and assigned Accountabilities/Responsibilities based on his role from below.

To manage the definition, revision and implementation of Record Retention across Sadara Enterprise

To drive Records Management Standards (SERMS) creation and reviews.
-
To lead the creation and revision of document management processes and procedures including records both physical and electronic, and adhering to document and records security standards.

To contribute to the design of ECM solutions.

To lead the creation of compliance plans and to set the framework for addressing audit concerns related to document and records Management
-
To drive awareness and cultural change towards Records Management by increasing adoption

To direct test and QA activities to drive service excellence related to ECM solutions.

Participate in Records and Information Management projects.
-
SME for ECM Applications and Technologies from a governance perspective.
-
Support backlog migration and scanning activities of records and approved documents.
-
Provide technical guidance for evaluation of software application. Support application programming, computer operations and data communications associates.

Create functional design document and other relevant documents for end users.
-
Provide training assistance for users, applications programming team and other staff.
-
Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility, adhere to operating guidelines and perform integration testing.

Analyze system capacity and modify procedures to solve interface problems.
-
Provide technical expertise and assistance in designing, testing and developing applications.
-
Prepare and present status reports, ad hoc reports, records and training material to customers and staff.

Collaborate with QA team to create test plans, analyze test cases, identify issues and escalate them to appropriate teams.

Monitor application for compliance to IT standards and policies.
-
Manage allocation and implementation of tasks and provide assistance for project plan development.
-
Organize and conduct conference calls and prepare document based on status meetings.
-
Provide on-call coverage support as directed by the supervisor.
-
Collaborate with cross functional and virtual teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of application.

Education:
Essential: Bachelorâs degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
Professional Qualifications:
Preference: IT Professional Certification, Project Management, Development Certifications, ITIL
