About the Role

We are looking for a proactive IT & Digital Operations Coordinator to support our internal team and digital initiatives. This role is not about coding or development but about coordinating IT, tools, and digital platforms that keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general IT and system support to office staff.
• Manage and troubleshoot daily tools like email, CRM, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for software and integrations.
• Support e-commerce operations such as product listing and updates.
• Assist with label designing, basic SEO, and digital branding tasks.
• Stay updated on technology trends, platforms, and digital tools.
• Be open to learning new systems and taking initiative on digital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and business software.
• Interest or basic exposure in e-commerce tools, SEO, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers and candidates restarting their career (with gaps) are welcome.
• Preference: Candidates residing in/near Ernakulam, especially Mulanthuruthy, Piravom, Thripunithura, Chottanikkara, or Thiruvaniyoor.
