We’re seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner to serve as a key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams—driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, enjoys solving problems collaboratively, and has a strong understanding of technology, agile methodologies, and digital product delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technical analysts, and development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, MVP, and release strategies for assigned digital platforms and applications.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs, ensuring development aligns with organizational goals.
  • Partner with technical teams to review and prioritize daily defects, enhancements, and deployment issues—balancing short-term fixes with long-term product health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Quality Engineering, Technical Analysts, and Line of Business POs) to ensure delivery readiness and smooth release cycles.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT efforts—ensuring high-value, timely delivery of digital features.
  • Act as a strategic problem solver, identifying impacts, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple lines of business.
  • Drive alignment meetings with other Product Owners to coordinate platform dependencies, upcoming initiatives, and roadmap priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, asking the right questions to uncover true needs and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.


Who You Are:

  • A senior-level Product Owner or Technical Product Manager with proven experience in digital platform delivery or IT-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product ownership, digital delivery, or IT program management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing complex environments with multiple offshore/onshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Skilled at breaking down ambiguity into actionable steps; thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adept at using data and business context to drive prioritization and decision-making.
  • Comfortable working across multiple lines of business, balancing competing priorities with diplomacy and clarity.
