IT & Digital Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT & Digital Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting computer systems and networks, managing the organization’s website and social media platforms, and enhancing our digital presence. A strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application is essential. This role is vital in ensuring smooth digital operations and alignment with the organization’s goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network systems

Install and update operating systems and software as needed

Provide timely technical support and resolve IT issues for staff

Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted business operations

Manage and maintain the organization’s website (primarily WordPress)

Plan, develop, and execute digital advertising and marketing campaigns

Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms

Respond to social media messages and comments, and upload media (images/videos)

Enhance and maintain a professional and certified digital presence

Perform regular data backups and maintain digital security measures

Demonstrate knowledge of operating systems, networking, and IT troubleshooting

Possess basic design skills (preferably using Canva or Photoshop)

Utilize AI tools effectively for digital content and IT optimization

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT or a related digital support role

Certification and formal training in AI technologies (required)
