POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Director will lead the strategic direction, management, and execution of the company’s IT initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing long-term technology planning with the day-to-day operational needs of the organization. The IT Director will oversee all technology infrastructure, applications, and support services, aligning IT with business goals and security standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the IT team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Manage IT strategy, projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable technology systems.
• Collaborate with business units to implement solutions that improve operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience managing IT teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Effective problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
