Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap to modernize hardware, software, and network systems across all departments.

Lead system upgrades, including ERP, MES, and production support systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Strengthen cybersecurity measures to protect company data and intellectual property.

Oversee the seamless integration of IT systems with manufacturing and engineering platforms to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Networking: Ensure reliable and secure connectivity between production lines, offices, and remote sites.

Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective investments and ROI.

Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the automotive manufacturing industry.

Partner with production, engineering, finance, and management teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven track record in hardware and software modernization, system upgrades, and infrastructure management.

Experience within manufacturing or automotive industries is strongly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, industrial automation connectivity, and network architecture.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and cloud solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart manufacturing technologies.

Experience managing IT projects across multiple plants or sites.

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
