We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Technician to provide dedicated technical support for Goodwill Industries of Michiana’s operations across Northwest Indiana. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade onsite technology across retail stores and donation centers, supporting end users through ticketing systems, phone, and in-person service.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and outstanding customer service, while upholding Goodwill’s core values and mission. This position reports to the IT Technician Team Lead, who evaluates performance annually.
