About the Role:
SRG Technologies is looking for a results-driven IT Sales, responsible for driving sales of ELV & IT solutions with strong sales experience in the UAE market. The right candidate should be confident for identifying business prospects, building client relationships, and providing tailored technology solutions to meet customer needs and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV & IT solutions in target markets (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, PA, Structured Cabling, Networking, etc.) .
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.
- Stay updated on latest IT products, services, and market trends to effectively position offerings.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
