IT Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer with a strong background in systems management and a working knowledge of Odoo ERP to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, support, and ERP implementation or management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT systems, servers, and networks.
• Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Administer and support Odoo ERP modules, workflows, and user access.
• Work with internal teams to implement new features and customize Odoo modules as required.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and regular backups.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (implementation, customization, and support).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage IT operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Odoo certification or relevant ERP training is a must.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment.
