IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware or software issues promptly.
• Ensure network security through regular updates, backups, and access controls.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries efficiently.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory records.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement, system upgrades, and maintenance.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with security protocols, cloud platforms, and data backup solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
