Senior Team Leader

The Sales Team Leader will oversee and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed company sales targets. This role involves training, mentoring, and guiding the sales team to deliver exceptional client service, close property transactions efficiently, and expand the company’s market presence.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

* Assist agents with client negotiations, deal structuring, and closing transactions.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key industry partners.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

* Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and property launches.

* Minimum of 5–7 years of real estate sales experience in dubai.

* Minimum of 3 years leadership

*Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

* In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

* Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

* Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license (if required by jurisdiction).
