What You'll Do:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair IT devices including computers, printers, iPads, and peripherals.
• Maintain and repair kiosk machines for the Smart Police Station (SPS).
• Ensure optimal functionality of Q-System screens and related SPS equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain seamless system connectivity.
• Document completed work and create knowledge base articles for future troubleshooting.
• Analyze user-reported issues using test scripts, technical expertise, and detailed probing questions.
• Perform software patching, updates, and installations to address security vulnerabilities and improve performance.
• Refurbish and configure PC systems, monitors, networking equipment, and printers.
