IT Engineer

We are looking for a motivated IT Engineer – Pre-Sales to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing solutions, and assisting clients in understanding our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with technical knowledge and solution design
• Meet clients to understand their IT requirements
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Demonstrate products, tools, and IT solutions to customers
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and technical details
• Assist in project planning and solution implementation
• Maintain strong client relationships through technical support
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate technical details

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or IT sales/presales
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems, hardware, and software
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, servers, and security products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical clients

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CCTV, access control, or IT solutions sales
• Knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers
• Familiarity with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google)
