Position Overview
We are looking for two IT Engineers to join our IT team. The successful candidates will join the IT staff in Al Waha for Cars and will be based in our Service Centers. They will be responsible for handling daily support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations to support business and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users in the Service Centers.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Support telephone systems (VoIP/analog) and maintain network connectivity.
· Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access rights (Active Directory / Microsoft 365).
· Ensure regular software updates, backups, and compliance with IT security standards.
· Assist in maintaining biometric attendance systems, CCTV, and other service center IT equipment.
· Document IT incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate records of IT assets.
· Coordinate with the central IT department and external vendors when required.
· Coordinate with SAP consultants to resolve end users-related tickets.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or service environments.
· Strong knowledge of:
· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Certifications such as Google IT Support Professional Certificate, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
