IT Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and related hardware/software, while also providing timely technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and uptime.
• Provide timely and professional IT support to users.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security patches.
• Manage email systems, data backups, antivirus, and firewalls.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
• Ensure data security and compliance with policies.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and system access.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or engineering.
• Strong technical skills in Windows/Linux systems, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and security tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
